Clément Gauthier

Clement Gauthier joined Probus Pleion Luxembourg as CEO in July 2025, bringing over 17 years of diversified experience in financial services, real estate investment, private equity, and fund structuring.

Clement is an experienced executive and an independent non-executive director approved by the Central Bank of Ireland. He served as Managing Director at Waystone Luxembourg until 2019 and has been Managing Partner of Luxembourg Capital Group for more than fifteen years, where he supervised several entities and structured multiple investment vehicles for private and institutional investors.

Based in Luxembourg for 16 years and holding both French and Luxembourgish nationalities, Clement has developed extensive knowledge of the local regulatory landscape and maintains an active network within the financial services sector.
