As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Wealth Manager to join our Luxembourg office, our European hub.

Your role & responsibilities
As a Senior Wealth Manager, you will:
- Develop and grow your own client portfolio through your established network and business development capabilities
- Manage high-net-worth client relationships with a hunter-farmer approach, acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships
- Deliver bespoke wealth management solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives
- Collaborate with our Investment Office to construct and monitor client portfolios aligned with their risk profiles and investment goals
- Maintain full autonomy to run your book of business within our proven framework

- Dedicated administrative assistant
- Full backing from our Group Investment Office and research partners
- Access to our multi-disciplinary team for complex wealth structuring and succession planning needs
Growth expectation
We are seeking a professional capable of transferring and effectively managing €40-50 million in assets under management within the first year, demonstrating both immediate impact and long-term potential.
Your profile
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven track record in Wealth Management with a strong understanding of investment strategies and client advisory
- Established network of high-net-worth clients or demonstrated business development capabilities to attract and retain sophisticated investors
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you see opportunities where others see challenges and thrive in an autonomous environment
- Multilingual capabilities: fluency in English and French is required to serve our international clientele; additional languages are an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
